As part of this commitment, our team recently completed a two-day training programme on the PM² Project Management Methodology, the project management methodology developed by the European Commission and widely adopted across European institutions and organisations.
Throughout the training, participants explored the core principles of PM², gaining practical knowledge and hands-on experience in project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and effective project execution. The programme focused on practical application, enabling our teams to integrate proven project management practices into their day-to-day work.
By strengthening our project management capabilities, we continue to enhance collaboration across teams, improve project delivery, and create even greater value for our customers and partners.
