Περισσότερα από 5.600 επείγοντα περιστατικά αντιμετωπίστηκαν αποτελεσματικά τον τελευταίο χρόνο από το ΚλικΖωής, την 24ωρη υπηρεσία της Gnomon Informatics S.A. για την υποστήριξη της αυτόνομης διαβίωσης και τη φροντίδα ηλικιωμένων και ΑμεΑ. Τα ανωτέρω τονίσθηκαν στην εκδήλωση «Ενεργός και Υγιής Γήρανση – Κλικ Ζωής», η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία εχθές, Κυριακή 6/9/2026, στο πλαίσιο της 90ης Διεθνούς Έκθεσης Θεσσαλονίκης υπό την αιγίδα του Εργαστηρίου Ιατρικής Φυσικής & Ψηφιακής Καινοτομίας της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Α.Π.Θ.. Στην εκδήλωση παρουσιάσθηκε το «Κλικ Ζωής» και συζητήθηκε ο ρόλος της Αυτοδιοίκησης στην παροχή σύγχρονων τεχνολογικών λύσεων που επαναπροσδιορίζουν την αυτόνομη διαβίωση, την πρόληψη και την φροντίδα των ηλικιωμένων.

Το «Κλικ Ζωής» σε αριθμούς

Το «Κλικ Ζωής» συνδυάζει την τεχνολογία με την ανθρώπινη φροντίδα, καθώς μέσω ειδικών πιστοποιημένων συσκευών τηλεφροντίδας και της λειτουργίας ενός 24ωρου τηλεφωνικού κέντρου, στελεχωμένου από ψυχολόγους και κοινωνικούς λειτουργούς, υποστηρίζει αξιόπιστα την αυτόνομη διαβίωση ηλικιωμένων και ΑμεΑ, μέρα και νύχτα.

Όπως ανέφερε ο Product Manager του «Κλικ Ζωής», κ. Χαρίσιος Ζανδές, η υπηρεσία μετράει 10 χρόνια συνεχούς λειτουργίας και εξυπηρετεί σήμερα 7.500 ενεργούς χρήστες σε επτά Δήμους (Πυλαίας-Χορτιάτη, Πεντέλης, Τρικκαίων, Ρόδου, Ζακύνθου, Σερίφου, Κάτω Νευροκοπίου) και δύο Περιφέρειες (Περιφέρεια Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας, Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδος), ενώ μόνο τον τελευταίο χρόνο έχει διαχειριστεί συνολικά 119.719 κλήσεις και μεσολαβήσει σε 630 κρίσιμες διακομιδές. Ωστόσο, ο ρόλος της υπηρεσίας δεν περιορίζεται στο να σωθούν ανθρώπινες ζωές, αλλά αποτελεί και αντίδοτο στην σύγχρονη κοινωνική απομόνωση, καθώς το 82% των κλήσεων γίνεται από μοναχικούς ηλικιωμένους οι αναζητούν την ανθρώπινη επαφή, στήριξη και συντροφιά.

Το κοινωνικό πρόσωπο της Αυτοδιοίκησης

Παίρνοντας το λόγο, ο Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Δυτικής Ελλάδος, κ. Χαράλαμπος Μπονάνος, δήλωσε: «Με την τεχνολογία και, εν προκειμένω με το «Κλικ Ζωής», υπηρετείται η αρχή της εγγύτητας, ερχόμαστε κοντά στον πολίτη.». Συνέχισε, δε, προσθέτοντας: «Η εφαρμογή της Υπηρεσίας, ξεκίνησε σε πρώτη φάση, με 1.000 άτομα, στο δεύτερο πρόγραμμα οι ωφελούμενοι , μαζί και άτομα με αναπηρία, ανήλθαν σε 3.000 , ενώ βρίσκονται σε αναμονή για ένταξη, περισσότερα από 200 άτομα. Η Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας είναι έτοιμη να συζητήσει την επέκταση της συνεργασίας με τη Gnomon Informatics S.A., καθώς στόχο έχει να διευρύνει τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες προς τους πολίτες.».

Ο Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας, κ. Νίκος Τζόλλας, επισήμανε: «Το panic button, η συσκευή που χρησιμοποιεί το «Κλικ Ζωής», όπως και συνολικότερα η Υπηρεσία της Gnomon Informatics, μπορεί να βρει εφαρμογή για την υποστήριξη θυμάτων ενδοοικογενειακής βίας, αλλά και ατόμων με προβλήματα ψυχικής υγείας.».

Ο Δήμαρχος Πυλαίας- Χορτιάτη, Ιγνάτιος Καϊτετζίδης, επισήμανε ότι η επιταχυνόμενη γήρανση του πληθυσμού, σε συνδυασμό με την αλλαγή των κοινωνικών συνθηκών, «αναγκάζουν», όπως χαρακτηριστικά είπε, έναν σύγχρονο Δήμο να αναζητήσει τις λύσεις που παρέχει η τεχνολογία για να δώσει απαντήσεις σε κοινωνικά ζητήματα. «Ο Δήμος Πυλαίας- Χορτιάτη, συνεργάζεται από το 2013 με τη Gnomon Informatics, συνδυάζοντας το σεβασμό της ιδιωτικότητας των δημοτών με την υποστήριξη της ασφαλούς διαβίωσής τους. Η Πολιτεία, πρέπει να δώσει μόνιμο χαρακτήρα σε αυτές τις πρωτοβουλίες, μεταφέροντας πόρους στην Αυτοδιοίκηση», τόνισε ο κ. Καϊτετζίδης.

Ο κ. Παναγιώτης Μπαμίδης, καθ. Ιατρικής Φυσικής & Πληροφορικής στο Α.Π.Θ., αναφέρθηκε στις ερευνητικές προσπάθειες 15 ετών, μελέτες των οποίων τα αποτελέσματα αξιολογούνται και επικυρώνονται, για να δώσουν στη συνέχεια, τεχνολογικά εργαλεία και νέες υπηρεσίες, που εστιάζουν στη βελτίωση της ευζωίας των ανθρώπων, στη σωματική αλλά και στην ψυχική τους ενδυνάμωση. Ο καθηγητής σημείωσε ότι μόνο η επιστημονική έρευνα και μελέτη μπορεί να δώσει αξιόπιστα εργαλεία. Όπως δήλωσε χαρακτηριστικά: «Οι Δήμοι δεν μπορούν να εμπιστευτούν τα “πυροτεχνήματα” της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης, που στερούνται μελετών».

Ο κύκλος των τοποθετήσεων έκλεισε με τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο της Gnomon Informatics S.A., κ. Κωστή Καγγελίδη, ο οποίος επισήμανε ότι η χώρα μας θα πρέπει μιμηθεί άλλες ευρωπαϊκές, στις οποίες τέτοιες υπηρεσίες είναι δεδομένες και συνταγογραφούνται, ενώ πρόσθεσε: «η Εταιρεία, σχεδιάζει προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες και στις δυνατότητες των ωφελούμενων, επιδιώκοντας παράλληλα να αξιοποιήσει ερευνητικά έργα που δημιουργούν πρόσθετη αξία, για την Εταιρεία, στην αγορά, αλλά και για τους χρήστες των υπηρεσιών.».

As part of this commitment, our team recently completed a two-day training programme on the PM² Project Management Methodology, the project management methodology developed by the European Commission and widely adopted across European institutions and organisations.

Throughout the training, participants explored the core principles of PM², gaining practical knowledge and hands-on experience in project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and effective project execution. The programme focused on practical application, enabling our teams to integrate proven project management practices into their day-to-day work.

By strengthening our project management capabilities, we continue to enhance collaboration across teams, improve project delivery, and create even greater value for our customers and partners.

The showcase highlighted the ability to aggregate and access European Patient Summaries (EPS) from multiple healthcare providers and systems (vendors/sources), offering citizens and their healthcare providers unified and reliable view of their medical history.

In addition, a real-life emergency scenario was demonstrated, where patients could instantly share their European Patient Summary with the healthcare provider of their choice, while always maintaining full control and maximum security over their personal health data.

Through this project, Gnomon Informatics — a leading European provider of interoperability solutions in the eHealth sector — enters the North Macedonian market while simultaneously opening opportunities across the Western Balkans, further expanding its strong European presence and international outreach.

The project, titled “Upgrade of the Electronic Health System”, has a budget of €1.3 million and a duration of 18 months. It is funded by the European Union under the Health Initiative 2024 programme. The contract was awarded to Gnomon Informatics following a tender launched by the European Commission, with the central objective of upgrading Digital Health services and shaping a national strategy and Action Plan through 2030.

For the implementation of the project, Gnomon Informatics S.A. leads a consortium of three companies. The consortium includes ASEE DOOEL, an IT company and member of the European Asseco Group, as a strategic partner, while the Athens Stock Exchange-listed consulting company European Innovation Solutions (E.In.S.) participates as a subcontractor.

Through this initiative, Gnomon Informatics undertakes the interconnection and interoperability of digital health information currently maintained across separate databases and reporting systems. The ultimate goal is to address structural challenges and establish the necessary political, organisational, and technical foundations for seamless standards-based data exchange.

Key Objectives and Deliverables

The project will deliver four interrelated outcomes that together establish the foundation for a modern digital health ecosystem:

• Digital Health Strategy 2026–2030 and Action Plan
  A comprehensive policy and implementation framework defining national priorities, governance structures, and funding mechanisms, fully aligned with EU and WHO digital health strategies.
• IT Interconnection between the Health Insurance Fund and the Ministry of Health
  Enabling secure and rapid exchange of healthcare data between key national institutions.
• ERP Standards and Prototype for Public Health Organisations
  A unified framework for administrative, financial, and human resource management, improving operational efficiency and transparency in healthcare delivery.
• LOINC-based Laboratory Standardisation
  Adoption of internationally recognised coding systems enabling healthcare data interoperability across institutions and integration with the European Health Data Spaces (EHDS).

At DMEA Berlin 2026, Gnomon presented its state-of-the-art digital health solution, eHealthPass a platform trusted by Greek and European organizations for connecting healthcare services with patients in critical eHealth and eCare sectors.

DMEA – Connecting Digital Health is one of the most important digital health exhibitions in Europe. This year’s event brought together 900 exhibitors and more than 20,500 visitors, while over 450 speakers participated in the parallel sessions, reaffirming its role as a key meeting point for the digital health ecosystem.

A central theme of this year’s exhibition was the European Health Data Space (EHDS), one of the most significant initiatives of the European Union in the healthcare sector.
